Recession Period.. Call center excluded?

Who suffers the most because of this recession period that we are experiencing globally??

Its us, the youth, the newly grads, the undergrads...

Because of this stage that we are experiencing, even those professionals who've acquired years of working experience are grasping for jobs for a minimum wage... those who graduated with flying colors are entering the call center field because no company would like to hire them... Big and small companies started looking for employees w/ working experience since these professionals entertain jobs with a minimum wage so if you own a company who would you like to employ? those with experience or those newly grads? considering that both will accept the same salary.. after all, EXPERTISE is a big factor in any INDUSTRY..

This is a call for those who work for a call center company.. you might think that you're not affected by this recession stage since you are earning a GOOD income FOR NOW... but in my opinion you're just digging a hole in the career path that you chose before ( when you entered college ) cause if you work for a different field right after you graduated, it would be extremely hard to get back to the field that you chose before...

You cannot use the experience you earned for working in a call center company on an engineering field right?

I really do see BPO workers as the modern FACTORY WORKER.... A robot in the field... you take in calls or make calls and can't even talk to your co-workers during working hours.. don't get me wrong cause even highschool students can do the work that you're doing in a call center field... there is no EXPERTISE...

And to even consider that you're not earning RESPECT by working on such field or worst you are

giving up your PRIDE and DIGNITY that you're willing to get shout at or cursed at...

Yes you might enjoy this for the first three - five months in the field but after that.. it would sink in that the job

is more of a "LIFELESS" job and there's no growth within... 

I've been there, I've done that.. I was a performer in my previous call center job.. Top of the class, looked up to by my workmates.. but evaluating myself after some months I figured, "I am not being respected nor gaining any knowledge in this field... I can bet a million that my 14 yr old sister could do this job as well... It doesn't require a specific expertise.. It's not a job to be proud at...

I came up with the decision that I would take my course or my education to another level...

I wouldn't stop or be contented by just being a graduate.. Before I fully shift to a field that I really don't like, I would save my years spent in college and continue to study until this recession is over.. there might be no success for now and life could be really hard but I know all of this will pay off and finally after this recession

stage is over I can be proud of the job that I have and can tell my kids that I chose DIGNITY and RESPECT than earning by devouring them...

( If any is offended, please do take in mind that this is just my opinion and are based on my personal experiences.. If you're happy on where you are right now and think that what I posted here is full of crap then good for you.. )

How tough is Maricar Reyes..

I was inspired, or should I say surprised, on how Maricar Reyes faced every issues that she had specially with

her scandals spreading all over the internet...

If you dont know Maricar Reyes, she is a Philippine Actress/Model and a practicing doctor as well if I'm not mistaken...

Her private videos with Dr. Hayden Kho ( an infamous doctor/celebrity in the Philippines ) had spread all over the internet and yet she had premiered a new TV show in ABS-CBN ( A top rated TV station in the Philippines ) right after the scandals blossomed..

She didn't entertained any interviews regarding the videos and has not pressed charges with the doctor and those who leaked out the videos ( unlike an actress by the name of Katrina Halili had done ) and continued accepting projects for tv shows and whatnot... I really loved her for that :p

How couldn't you admire a person who continued living life right after a tragic incident? 

I wish her all the best and I hope to see more of her ( IN PERSON WOULD BE A HELL LOT BETTER )

Can we really earn cold cash while you are sitting on your chair
playing your favorite game on the internet?

Well the answer my friend is yes! I am creating this blog to help out those people who lost their job

or having frustrations earning at home and for those people who loves surfing the net ( those who are browsing the net everyday )...
